Travels on Motorbikes in Turkey

My chances of convincing my Dad to pedal across any country were quite slim, so I decided to strap on an engine and the two of us went traveling his way. Originally we had hoped to tour through both Turkey and Iran, but visa problems prevented me entering Iran. This turned out to be fortunate as we would have had to rush a bit to make it across the eastern Turkish border and back.

Turkey was an amazing place, filled with interesting friendly people, 1000s of years of history and some beautiful landscapes. Travelling was easy, easy to find good food, reasonable drivers and OK roads.

Definately a place to visit again if I get the chance.
