Argentina and Chile

Between November 2003 and March 2004 I spent 4 months doing a bit of hiking and bike touring in Argentina and Chile.

I met up with Jonathan, a friend I had met in Nepal in 2001. Together we did some hiking in the Andes to the east of Mendoza, then spent an interesting couple of weeks on Aconcagua. After a week or so of gaining our weight back in Mendoza we hopped a bus to Bariloche and from there biked to Ushuia. Winding our way through Argentina and Chile we managed to stop and hike around some of the most beautiful mountains in the world.
